1. Shipping Information

ArcherSTEM ships printed workbooks throughout the United States. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all US orders of $60 or more.
• US Priority Shipping: Typically delivers in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier.

2. Digital Deliveries

Digital e-books and workbook PDFs are delivered instantly upon completed payment. You will receive an immediate download link on your checkout confirmation page and via email. You can also access purchased digital materials anytime via the E-Book Portal.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ArcherSTEM curriculum:

• Physical Workbooks: Unused, unmarked physical workbooks in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
• Digital Products: Due to the immediate delivery of digital files, digital e-book purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, unless you experienced a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your print workbook arrives damaged or with printing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a complimentary replacement immediately.
