Sorry that I did not know about the physical PLUS pdf-ebook option as they could then print the fill-in tables and quizzes while keeping the book clean for future use, including by their respective spouses and later review & re-tests for themselves.
I have used this book to fill in some of the common gaps my Algebra 1 students were encountering and when I say the amount of aha moments my students were having is astonishing! I can't thank archerstem enough for this jewel!
