By accessing or purchasing from ArcherSTEM (archerstem.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All workbooks, activities, diagrams, and written curriculum materials are the proprietary intellectual property of ArcherSTEM:

• Individual Purchases: Physical books and single-user digital e-books are licensed for individual personal use. Redistribution, online posting, or commercial resale is prohibited.
• Classroom & School Licensing: Multi-user reproduction rights and teacher binder materials require an institutional license or authorized bulk order (20+ copies).

3. Purchase Orders & Invoicing

Net-30 purchase orders are accepted from verified school districts, accredited educational institutions, and 501(c)(3) non-profit youth organizations.
